Efiling Maintenance Set for Saturday, September 26th

The Florida Courts Efiling Portal will be unavailable due to maintenance on Saturday, September 26th starting at 12:00 a.m. (EDT). The estimated downtime is 5 hours.

A Message from Clerk Burke: Jury Trials Scheduled to Resume October 26th

With our new measures in place, the Florida Supreme Court has determined that jury trials may resume in Pinellas County. In response, Sixth Circuit Chief Judge Anthony Rondolino has directed the Pinellas Clerk of Courts to begin reissuing juror summons for trials scheduled to begin on October 26, 2020.

Pinellas Circuit Civil Sections 8 and 21 – Closure and Reassignment

Effective September 4, 2020, all open and re-opened cases assigned to Sections 8 and 21 were reassigned to new Sections pursuant to Administrative Order 2020-022
