These calls are from con artists, as the Clerk does not serve subpoenas and will never call to set up a location to meet anyone. If you receive a suspicious call requesting payment or personal information, write down as much information about the call as possible and contact the Clerk's office at (727) 464-3341 or clerkinfo@mypinellasclerk.org. You may also want to report the incident with the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office Fraud line at (727) 582-6200.
