Veteran Stand Down Court Event
Learn how this event helps Veterans with supplies, services and the possibility of old fines and costs being waived
The Pinellas County Veteran Stand Down Court Event provides supplies and services to veterans in need of food, shelter, clothing, health screenings, and VA Social Security benefits counseling. Veterans can also receive referrals to other assistance such as healthcare, housing solutions, employment, substance use treatment, and mental health counseling.
Veterans who are being held back by longstanding court costs, fines, and even some minor warrants related to a municipal ordinance or inactive criminal cases in Pinellas County, are encouraged to attend the event and have their cases reviewed to see if those old fines and costs can be waived.

WHO: Only individuals who have served in the US Armed Forces can participate in this event.
